Mary Elizabeth Flores Flake (born December 6, 1973 in Tegucigalpa ) is a Honduran diplomat .

Life

Mary Elizabeth Flores Flake is the daughter of Mary Flake de Flores and Carlos Roberto Flores Facussé . Her brother is Carlos David Flores Flake, Managing Director of Lithopress Industrial . She attended the Escuela Americana de Tegucigalpa and studied at Louisiana State University . In 1997 she graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a degree in communication studies .

In the elections to the National Congress (Honduras) in 2005, she was the candidate with the most votes. From 2006 to 2010 she was a member of the Partido Liberal de Honduras of the Francisco Morazán Department in the National Congress (Honduras) , where she acted as Vice President. In 2007 she represented Honduras at The Forum of Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum . In 2009 she graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras with a degree in law and became a member of the Council of Lawyers.
