F.lli Masciaghi SpA is an Italian bicycle manufacturer from Monza . The company sells its bikes under the trade names COPPI, BUGNO, MASH FORM, MASCIAGHI - FREJUS, GLORIA, HENRY HOGAN and EASY LIFE.

The Masciaghi brothers founded a small workshop for bicycles in Monza in 1967. In 1974 the company became a SpA (stock corporation under Italian law) and moved to Cavenago Brianza. In 1994 the Masciaghi brothers acquired the trademark rights of the racing bike manufacturer " Fausto Coppi ", founded by the Italian racing cyclist of the same name, and entered the international racing bike business.

Cycling

According to the company, racing cyclists Gianni Bugno , Michele Bartoli , Mauro Gianetti , Davide Rebellin , Luc Leblanc , Fabiana Luperini and Pascal Richard won victories on bikes built by Masciaghi.
