The mask butterflyfish ( Chaetodon semilarvatus ) also called mascarilla or yellow red sea butterflyfish is a species of the butterflyfish family .
The size of the animals, the elegant movements and the magnificent colors make it one of the most beautiful coral fish.
The mask butterflyfish reaches a length of up to 30 cm. It lives in small groups or in pairs in the Red Sea in areas with large coral populations.
