Mathias Rochow (* 1975 in Greifswald ) from Kamenz is a former politician of the right-wing extremist NPD and was federal manager of the NPD youth organization Young National Democrats from 2004 to 2007 .

Fraternity members

Mathias Rochow studied media informatics in Greifswald and Münster . Like his older brother Stefan Rochow , who also held leading positions at the JN and NPD, he was a member of the Rugia fraternity in Greifswald and the Dresdensia-Rugia fraternity in Gießen . Among other things, the computer scientist was responsible for the Internet presence of the connection. In the Pennalen fraternity Theodor Fontane, which is in the same building as the B! Rugia, he was fencing attendant from 2001 to 2002 . Because of his commitment to the NPD, however, like his brother, he was excluded from the Rugia and Dresdensia-Rugia fraternities. He was also a member of the Pennal fraternity Chattia Friedberg in Hamburg .

NPD / JN functionary

In 1995 he became a member of the regional board of the Junge Landsmannschaft East Prussia (JLO) and in 1998 a member of the NPD organization National Democratic University Association (NBH). He has been a member of the NPD since 1999. During his studies in Greifswald, he was a co-founder of the NPD district association and took on the role of deputy district chairman. As a steward, he took an active part in marches by the party and "Free Comradeships". As a member of the "Citizens' Initiative for the Protection of Basic Rights", he co-organized a racist collection of signatures "against the further influx of foreigners to Schönwalde II" .

Since moving to Bocholt , he was together with Claus Cremer deputy state chairman of the NPD in North Rhine-Westphalia until May 7, 2006, as well as head of the new media office and in particular for the cooperation between "free nationalists" and the NPD / JN in the Borken area responsible. Rochow also worked as an organizer of various racist and anti-Semitic demonstrations and rallies in the Ruhr area. After moving again to Kamenz , a new NPD district association Kamenz / Hoyerswerda was founded in January 2006 and Rochow was elected district treasurer and in 2007 deputy district chairman.

In September 2009 Rochow resigned from the NPD / JN.
