Claus Cremer

Claus Cremer (born January 9, 1979 in Bochum ) from Wattenscheid is a politician of the right-wing extremist NPD and an activist of the neo-Nazi free comradeship scene .

Party career

In 2000, the trained industrial clerk temporarily took over the office of state chairman of the Young National Democrats for the incumbent Thorsten Crämer, who was convicted of an attack on the Kemna concentration camp memorial . For the 2002 elections ran Cremer number 12 in the NPD list. In the local elections in 2004, he succeeded in moving into the Wattenscheid district council. In the 2005 state elections, Cremer took third place on the state list and, as a direct candidate in Bochum, and his partner Daniela Wegener took place 10 on the state list. He was also a candidate for the NPD in Bochum in the 2005 general election . He acted as deputy NPD state chairman, state manager and press spokesman in North Rhine-Westphalia. At the state party conference of the NPD-NRW on June 15, 2008, Cremer was elected as the party's new state chairman. Until March 31, 2018, he sat as an individual candidate in the Bochum city council. Since April 1, 2018, he has been part of the Bochum City Council together with Francis Marin as an NPD group in the Bochum City Council. Francis Marin, as a former pro NRW member, moved up to the council as second on the reserve list after the death of the individual candidate Hans-Joachim Adler and switched to the NPD on April 1, 2018 to work with Cremer.

Cremer was the top candidate for the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2012 .

Activist of the Free Comradeships

In addition to his party activities, Cremer is active in the neo-Nazi comradeship spectrum and leader of the comradeship "Free Resistance Wattenscheid". His partner Daniela Wegener is also a companion leader in the Sauerland. In the NPD state executive committee, Cremer is therefore responsible for the "non-partisan coordination", which specifically includes the coordination between the free comradeships and the party.

Claus Cremer is jointly responsible for the organization of various demonstrations, rallies, information stands and revisionist memorial events in Bochum and the surrounding cities. For example, he reported demonstrations in Gelsenkirchen on June 10, 2006 and on June 11, 2006 in Herne as part of an NPD campaign under the NPD name “ Work for millions instead of profit for millionaires ” . On May 1, 2007, he was a speaker at the largest right-wing May demonstration in Dortmund . He appears with numerous leading right-wing extremists, such as Axel Reitz , Christian Worch , NPD state board member Timo Pradel, Thomas Wulff , Thorsten Heise and the publicist Ralph Tegethoff , with whom he protested against the Wehrmacht exhibition . He is also known as a speaker at right-wing marches. He spoke on March 5, 2006 at an event in Nijmegen organized by the right-wing extremist Dutch party Nederlandse Volks-Unie .

Convictions

On February 18, 2005, he was sentenced to one year probation in front of the Bochum district court because of anti-Semitic statements at a neo-Nazi demonstration for sedition . The Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe confirmed the judgment in December 2005.
