Matteo Trevisan (born August 13, 1989 in Florence ) is an Italian tennis player . His sister Martina is also a professional tennis player.

Career

Trevisan's greatest success on the Junior Tour was the success at the junior doubles competition at Wimbledon in 2007, when he prevailed with Daniel Alejandro López against Roman Jebavý and Martin Kližan .

For the pros, Trevisan mainly plays on the ITF Future Tour and the ATP Challenger Tour . On the Future Tour, he has won seven singles titles and five in doubles. He also managed to win his first title in this category in doubles at the Challenger tournament in Trani in 2010. He prevailed with Thomas Fabbiano against Daniele Bracciali and Filippo Volandri .

In 2015 he made his debut on the ATP World Tour at the Konzum Croatia Open Umag in Umag . After qualifying he was defeated by his compatriot Paolo Lorenzi 6: 1, 2: 6, 5: 7.
