Matthew Quincy Daddario (born October 1, 1987 in New York City , New York ) is an American actor .

Life

Matthew Daddario was born in New York City in October 1987 . He is the son of Christina, a lawyer, and Richard Daddario, a prosecutor and former head of the NYPD's counterterrorism unit under Mayor Michael Bloomberg . He is the younger brother of Alexandra Daddario , best known for her role in the Percy Jackson films. You have a little sister, Catharine Daddario.

He grew up in New York City, where he attended The Collegiate School before starting business at Indiana University in Bloomington (IN). He graduated in 2010, after which he began studying acting and auditioning for roles.

His paternal grandfather was Emilio Q. Daddario , a United States House Democratic MP for the state of Connecticut from 1959 to 1971. He has Italian , Irish , Czech, and British ancestry. Matthew married Esther Kim, with whom he was dating for several years, in December 2017.
