Matthew "Matt" Fuerbringer (born January 29, 1974 in Costa Mesa ( California ), USA ) is an American beach volleyball player .

Career

Matthew Fuerbringer has played on the US AVP Tour since 1999 , where he won seven tournaments, and internationally since 2003 on the FIVB World Tour . From 2003 to 2009 he played with Casey Jennings and finished fifth with him at the 2009 World Cup in Stavanger . A temporary partnership with Sean Scott brought participation in the 2007 World Cup in Gstaad , where they finished 17th. From 2010 to 2012 Matthew Fuerbringer played with Nicholas Lucena , with whom he reached the final in Klagenfurt in 2010 and in Québec in 2011 , but lost to the top US duo Dalhausser / Rogers . At the World Cup in Rome 2011 , Fuerbringer / Lucena finished ninth.
