Matthias Fichtner (born October 3, 1998 in Haßfurt ) is a German basketball player. The winger is under contract with the White Wings Hanau .
Career
Fichtner was trained in the youth network of the Bundesliga club Brose Bamberg and was deployed in the youth and men's division of Bamberg: at TSV Breitengüßbach and FC Baunach . In 2016 he became champion of the youth basketball league with TSV , and in 2015 he made his debut in the 2nd Bundesliga ProA wearing the FC Baunach jersey .
In July 2017, the BBC Coburg , promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga ProB, announced Fichtner's commitment. After a year with the regional division Hannover, he went to the third division White Wings Hanau in summer 2020 .
