Matthias Lackner

Matthias Lackner (born December 24, 1835 in Nassawen , East Prussia , † March 15, 1926 in Königsberg i. Pr. ) Was a German pastor in Königsberg.

Lackner studied Protestant theology at the Albertus University in Königsberg . For over 50 years - from 1865 to 1915 - he was pastor at the Old Town Church . He was also a lecturer in Lithuanian at the university. In 1890 he became superintendent , later consistorial counselor and go. Consistorial Council . It is thanks to him that the Queen Luise Memorial Church was built. He was 91 years old.
