Matthias Ulmer
Matthias Ulmer (born September 27, 1958 in Calw ) is a German musician , keyboardist and composer . He belongs to the backing band Reinforcement of Heinz Rudolf Kunze .
Life
Matthias Ulmer had piano lessons from the age of seven and his first band when he was twelve. After graduating from high school, he decided to stay with music and his band professionally. His musical role models are Chick Corea , Deep Purple , Uriah Heep , Yes and Emerson, Lake & Palmer .
Ulmer is a career changer at Kunze's reinforcement , he is on almost all HRK albums and tours. He also composes, mostly for his own band Anyone's Daughter and for the song K (Heinz Rudolf Kunze), in various compositions for Voxxclub or The Ninth Wave (Blind Guardian). He also worked as a film composer for ARD (Im Dschungel der Skenkratzer - Entdeckungsreise New York) as well as orchestral arranger and studio keyboardist for Saxon , Blind Guardian , Helloween , Primal Fear and Pur . He also plays live with Pur.
