The Max Bell Center (often referred to as the Max Bell Arena ) is an ice hockey rink in Calgary , Canada . The stadium has 2,121 seats and more than 3,000 standing places. The stadium was named after Max Bell , who financially supported the construction of the stadium.

At the 1988 Winter Olympics , the curling games and the short track competitions were held in the Max Bell Center.

Currently the stadium is home to the Calgary Canucks of the Alberta Junior Hockey League . In addition, games of the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League are played.
