Max Clevers

Max Clevers (born July 6, 1894 in Süchteln , † May 31, 1955 in Düsseldorf ) was a German local politician and honorary district administrator ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending school, he completed a commercial apprenticeship and from 1923 to 1955 worked as an authorized signatory at Bong's grinding works in Süchteln . He was married and had two children.

He was a member of the district council of the former district of Kempen-Krefeld from July 9, 1946 to December 8, 1952. From October 25, 1946 to November 16, 1948 Clevers was district administrator of the Kempen-Krefeld district. He was a member of the city council of Süchteln from 1945 to 1948. From December 15, 1945 to January 30, 1947 he was mayor of Süchteln.
