Max Kuntze

Max Kuntze (born July 12, 1846 in Dresden , † April 16, 1917 in Niederlößnitz ; full name: Friedrich Albert Maximilian Kuntze ) was a German banker , councilor and Saxon politician .

The Royal Saxon Commerzienrat Max Kuntze was the son of the Dresden banker Friedrich Albert Kuntze. Max Kuntze became a partner and later sole owner of the Albert Kuntze & Co. banking house in Dresden .

Kuntze was a member of the supervisory board of several companies, such as the first Kulmbacher export beer brewery and the non-profit construction company. In addition, he was a member of the board of directors of the Dresden paper factory , had interests in the Elbe sandstone industry and was on the audit committee of the Agricultural Credit Association from 1868 to 1885 .

From 1909 to 1917 he was a member of the 24th rural constituency in the state parliament of the Kingdom of Saxony for the National Liberal Party . At the same time, Kuntze was also a member of the Niederlößnitz municipal council .

Kuntze lived in the now listed villa at Jagdweg 6 in Niederlößnitz. He was buried in the Radebeul-Ost cemetery.
