Rose & Röhle

The joint architectural office of the Dresden architects Max Rose (born July 3, 1862 in Dresden; † June 18, 1922 in Arnsdorf ; full name: Friedrich Wilhelm Max Rose ) and Oskar Röhle operated under the name Rose & Röhle . In addition to Heino Otto , Felix Reinhold Voretzsch , Otto Foerster and the Fichtner brothers, they represented Art Nouveau in Dresden.

Three-villa group Comeniusstrasse 61–65

The busy architecture office Rose & Röhle built the extension of the Dresden Exhibition Palace and was also known for building villas. According to Volker Helas, the office represented the “modern view” (reform architecture, Art Nouveau), but also the traditional “usual style pluralism” (historicism, eclecticism).
