Max Unglehrt

Max Unglehrt (born July 24, 1892 in Memmingen ; † September 1953 in Munich ) was a German architect .

Life

Max Unglehrt was the son of Franz Unglehrt, founder of the construction company Unglehrt , and Lina von Berchem -Unglehrt.

Unglehrt studied at the Technical University of Stuttgart and at the Technical University of Munich .

Before 1934 he was a member of the Association of German Architects . From 1945 to 1948 he held the office of President of the Association of Munich Architects. From 1948 to 1951 he was chairman of the Association of Architects in Bavaria. From 1951 until his death he was an elected member of the federal executive committee.

He also published several comedies and dramas for various publishers under the name Unglehrt-Berchem (with his mother's maiden name as the back of the name).
