Max Waldschmidt

Max Waldschmidt (born March 8, 1874 in Korbach ; † October 13, 1931 in Bad Wildungen ) was a German doctor and politician ( DNVP ).

Waldschmidt was the son of the professor and vice principal at the Korbach grammar school Karl Friedrich Georg Waldschmidt and his wife Maria Elisabeth Friederike Sabine nee Curtze. He married Klara Trimpler from Hamburg on January 30, 1915 in Korbach. Waldschmidt was the grandson of Louis Friedrich Christian Curtze and the brother of Oswald Waldschmidt .

He was a specialist in bladder and kidney diseases in Bad Wildungen. In 1922 he became a district doctor and later a district medical officer.

From 1919 to 1922 he was a member of the constitution- making Waldeck-Pyrmont state representation for the DNVP . From 1922 to 1925 he was a member of the Waldeck regional representative body for the Waldeck regional electoral association.
