Maximilian Coudenhove

Max (imilian) Casimir Philipp Maria Graf Coudenhove (born November 1, 1805 , † December 13, 1889, probably in Vienna ) was an Austrian Lieutenant Field Marshal and a member of the Herrenhaus , the upper house of the Austrian Imperial Council.

biography

He was the second son of Franz Karl Maria Ludwig Graf Coudenhove (1774-1838), provost of the royal collegiate chapter on the Wyschehrad in Prague , and Charlotte Wamboldt von Umstadt.

Coudenhove was promoted to major general on September 25, 1854 and was garrisoned as a brigadier in Rastatt. On August 16, 1864 he became a field marshal lieutenant and soon after ended his active military service. He was retired on January 14, 1865.

He was Landkomtur of the Teutonic Order , kuk real secret council, kuk chamberlain and member of the Austrian manor house .
