Maximilian Koerner

Maximilian Körner (born March 13, 1805 in Frankfurt am Main ; † September 20, 1875 there ) was a German lawyer and politician of the Free City of Frankfurt .

Maximilian Körner studied law and was awarded a Dr. jur. PhD. He was a lawyer in Frankfurt am Main. From 1838 to 1853 he was a Senator and from 1853 to 1856 a Schöff member of the Senate of the Free City of Frankfurt . He was a member of the Legislative Body from 1836 to 1838 and from 1843 to 1856. Due to the Organic Law , the administration of justice was separated from the administration in Frankfurt in 1856 . Körner therefore resigned from the Senate, which retained the administrative function, and became President of the Court of Appeal in Frankfurt. He was a member of the Frankfurt Freemason Lodge Socrates for steadfastness .
