Mayumi Abe ( Japanese 阿 部 真 由 美 , Abe Mayumi ; born March 7, 1967 in Hokkaidō ) is a Japanese curler .

Abe made her international debut at the Women's Curling World Cup in Västerås in 1990, where she played as lead but remained without a medal. In 1991 she became Pacific Champion in Curling in Sagamihara .

Abe played as second of the Japanese team in the XVI. 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville in curling. The team took eighth place.
