The McCrillis nunatak is a nunatak in Marie Byrd Land, West Antarctica . On the north side of the Wisconsin Range in the Horlick Mountains, it marks the northern end of the Gierloff Nunatakker .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1967 after Harold George McCrilliss (1927-1990), a construction electrician at Byrd Station in the year 1959 and at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in 1964.
