The McElroy Glacier is a glacier on the Pennell Coast of East Antarctica, Victoria . On the Tapsell Foreland it flows west of Matthews Ridge in a southerly direction and flows into the Barnett Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after Clifford Turner McElroy (1924-2006), geologist with the United States Antarctic Research Program at McMurdo Station from 1964 to 1965 and from 1966 to 1967.
