The Meander Glacier ( English for meander glacier ) is a large, 55 km long and meandering glacier in East Antarctica Victoria Land . Its area of origin is not far from Mount Supernal and the Hobbie Ridge ridge . It flows in a generally easterly direction through the Mountaineer Range and flows into the Mariner Glacier immediately east of Engberg Bluff .
Participants of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1962–1963) gave it the descriptive name based on its characteristic turns .
