Measha Brueggergosman (born June 28, 1977 in Fredericton ) is a Canadian soprano .

Life

Brueggergosman began studying at the University of Toronto , where he met the soprano Mary Morrison . After passing the exam, she traveled to Germany to work with Edith Wiens, Margaret Baker-Genovesi, Christoph Eschenbach, Brigitte Fassbaender , Margo Garrett, Håkan Hagegård, Jessye Norman , Rudolf Piernay, Thomas Quasthoff and Jean-Yves Thibaudet, among others .

Appearances

From the 2009/10 to 2011/12 season, Measha Brueggergosman was an artist in the "Junge Wilde" series at the Dortmund Konzerthaus. Measha Brueggergosman sang the anthem at the opening ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
