Medard W. Welch Award
The Medard W. Welch Award is a physics award from the American Vacuum Society (AVS) and has been awarded since 1970.
It was named after the founder of AVS, MW Welch, and goes to people who have achieved exceptional achievements in theoretical or experimental research for 10 years.
