Mefjus

Mefjus (* 31 August 1988 ; real name Martin Schober ) is an Austrian drum-and-bass - producer , DJ and sound designer from Allhaming in Linz .

Career

2012 Mefjus was in the Drum & Bass Arena Awards with the award Best Newcomer Producer voted.

After numerous singles and EPs, Mefjus released his first album Emulation in 2014 on Critical Music . Based on the title, Mefjus produced the song Emulation completely synthetically without additional audio material using the FM8 synthesizer from Native Instruments . In 2015 Mefjus received Best Album at the Drum & Bass Arena Awards for Emulation .

In 2015 Mefjus released the two tracks Clusterfunk and Reptilians on Noisia's Incessant EP together with Noisia and Hybris .

As a DJ, Mefjus has not only played in numerous clubs , but also at the Let It Roll Festival , Exit Festival , Urban Art Forms Festival , Dour Festival , Pukkelpop , Pirate Station Festival, Outlook Festival, Noisia Invites Festival, Stroga Festival and the FM4 Frequency on.

2018 Mefjus was in the Drum & Bass Arena Awards with the award Best Producer and Album Best of Manifest excellent.
