Mel ( Norwegian for meal ) is a moraine in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . It is located at the northern end of the Gagarin Mountains in the Orvinfjella .
Norwegian cartographers, who also made the naming, mapped them using aerial photographs and measurements of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
