The Melanesian Super Cup 2014 was the first game of the football competition founded in the same year for Melanesian club teams. The winner of went Solomon club Solomon Warriors FC out that in the round-robin tournament against his two Vanuatu prevailed competitors. The competition was supported by the OFC , VFF and Melanesian Spearhead Group .
Attendees
At the beginning of the competition, a total of five participating clubs were expected, one each from Fiji , New Caledonia , Papua New Guinea , Solomon Islands and Vanuatu . The Fijian clubs Ba FC and Suva FC were invited . However, only three clubs accepted the invitation: Solomon Warriors FC , Tafea FC and Amicale FC .

All games were played in the TVL Stadium , which is located in the Vanuatu capital Port Vila . Solomon Warriors FC won the tournament with a win and a draw, making them the first ever Melanesian Super Cup winner.
