Melissa Sagemiller
Melissa Sagemiller (* 1. June 1974 in Washington, DC ) is an American actress .
Life
Melissa Sagemiller was born in Washington, DC, to a political activist and a football player who played for the New York Giants and Washington Redskins . She started dancing when she was 3 years old. At the age of nine she made her debut in the theater. After graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in art history , she studied acting at the Stella Adler Conservatory , New York University's Stonestreet Studio, and Michael Howard Studios .
In 2006 she got engaged to Alex Nesic , her fellow actor from the joint television series Sleeper Cell , in southern France. Today they are married and have one child.
