Menhir 1 from Kerbelven

The two menhirs of Kerbelven are in the north of Penvénan , in the Côtes-d'Armor department in Brittany in France .

Menhir 1

The menhir one stands in the garden of a house in the Rue du menhir no. 6 ( ).

It is made of granite from Perros, about 4.0 meters high and has erosion hollows on the northeast and southeast sides.

It was registered as a Monument historique in 1970 .

Menhir 2

The second menhir (also called Parc-Min ) is smaller. It is located on the arable land between house number 16 on rue du Menhir and the first house on rue de Loguellou, near house number 29 on rue des Perdrix ( ).

It was registered as a Monument historique in 1964 .

Surroundings

The standing stones of Kermarker , Kerbriand and Kervéniou are nearby .
