history

The property was originally used as the Dr. Bornhard was built in 1903 by Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in the historicizing Art Nouveau style. It is a two-storey, plastered mansard roof building over a high, embossed base with sandstone structure, bay windows and decorative gables .

The property combines elements of the Wilhelminian style Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau . The style of the Wilhelminian era is expressed, for example, in the emphasis on the house edges and the window frames with narrow ashlar stones, the Art Nouveau in the arching flat bay window with window groups.

A fence that was created at the same time belongs to the property.
