The Meraxis AG is a global plastics -Distributor and with over two billion euros a leading distributor of plastics. The head office is in Muri near Bern . The company is represented with over 30 other locations on all continents.
Company history
The group is an amalgamation of the two Swiss polymer suppliers “Handels- undkaufgesellschaft Rehau GmbH” including subsidiaries and “ MB Barter & Trading SA ”. The contract between the two companies was signed in September 2018. After a positive decision from the antitrust authorities, the merger was completed in December 2018. The official market launch was July 1, 2019.
Products and services
Meraxis supplies companies from all branches of industry with polymers and polymer-related products for various production processes. The plastics distributor also advises customers on the selection of suitable materials for a wide variety of production processes. The portfolio includes a .:
