Hayrullah Mert Akyüz (born October 2, 1993 in Gülağaç ) is a Turkish football goalkeeper.

Career

society

Akyüz began club football in the youth of Adanaspor and was awarded a professional contract here in the summer of 2011, but continued to play for the club's reserve team. After he had spent the second half of the 2011/12 season at fourth division club İskenderunspor in 1967 , he was loaned to Payas Belediyespor in 1975 for the 2013/14 season.

With the 2014/15 season he made it to the professional Adanaspor team, the breakthrough came to some second division appearances.

National team

Akyüz began his national team career with a nomination for the Turkish U-20 national team . He was then nominated three more times for the Turkish U-20 and came only once. In 2013 he took part in the Islamic Solidarity Games with Turkey's Olympic selection and won the silver medal with his team.

After being able to convince at Adanaspor for a long time, Akyüz was nominated for the first time in his career in the squad of the Turkish national team by national coach Fatih Terim in May 2015 as part of a qualifying match for the EM2016 and a test match taking place a few days before .
