Mertensdorf is a district of the municipality of Triglitz in the Prignitz district in Brandenburg .
geography
The place is three kilometers north-northeast of Triglitz and five kilometers east-southeast of Putlitz . The neighboring towns are Silmersdorf in the north, Buckow and Gerdshagen in the north-east, Neu Giesenhagen in the east, Preddöhl and Klein Triglitz in the south-east, Illenpuhl in the south, Triglitz in the south-west, Hochheim in the west and Schmarsow and Weitgendorf development in the north-west.
