Michael Baade (born February 10, 1944 in Rostock ) is a German teacher and writer in Rostock.

education

Baade studied at the institutes for teacher training in Putbus and Neukloster as well as at the Pedagogical University in Güstrow . He wrote a thesis on the " Faust " reception in theaters. After completing his studies, he worked as a graduate teacher and in the film sector, today exclusively as a writer.

His literary works consist of poetry and prose on love, landscape and the sea. Baade is the editor of literary anthologies. He is also engaged in research and publications on art in Northern Germany and publications in newspapers, magazines and book publications. He wrote two books about life with and the circumstances surrounding the death of Egon Schultz , with whom he was friends, which he published in 2012 and 2014.
