Michael Bukowsky

Michael Bukowsky (born January 21, 1944 in Vienna ) is an Austrian lawyer and actor .

Life

Michael Bukowsky began his professional career with a doctorate in law before switching to acting. He became known to a wide audience in the role of criminal inspector Hollocher , which he played between 1984 and 1996 in 26 episodes of the Tatort programs produced by Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) . He then headed the ORF casting office for seven years and its theater editorial office for another 15 years. Bukowsky was also active as a singer and is known for numerous artist portraits.
