Michael Grosse (General Manager)

Michael Grosse (* 1961 in East Berlin ) is a German theater director, actor , and since 2010 also general director and managing director of the Krefeld and Mönchengladbach theaters .

Life

Michael Grosse was born in 1961 in Berlin (East) as the son of actress Annemarie Hermann and actor Herwart Grosse .

Grosse studied at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin .

Intendant

At the beginning of the 2010/11 season, Michael Grosse took over the general management of the Krefeld and Mönchengladbach theaters. From 1991 to 1996 he was director of the German-Sorbian People's Theater in Bautzen , 1996–2000 general director of the Altenburg-Gera theater and 2000–2010 general director of the Schleswig-Holstein State Theater.
