Michael Kirisits (born June 16, 1982 in Heraklion ) is an Austrian football player. In the 2015/16 season he played in the Austrian fourth-class Carinthian league for SAK Klagenfurt .

Career

The midfielder Michael Kirisits is the son of Helmut Kirisits and the brother of Alexander Kirisits , who is also a soccer player and plays for ATSV Wolfsberg . Kirisits began his football career in 1998 in the youth of Wolfsberger AC , before moving to the second team of FC Kärnten in 2002 . After only a few games he moved to the BSV Juniors Villach , before he gave a short interlude at BSV Bleiberg after a season . In 2003 Kirisits moved to the first team of FC Kärnten. After a year with 45 appearances, he moved to TSV Hartberg . Two years later he made his way to SV Spittal / Drau before returning to his youth club, Wolfsberger AC, in 2007. After a year in the 2008/09 season at SC St. Stefan / Lavantal , Kirisits moved to Villacher SV , where he played 83 games until 2010, in which he scored 18 goals. He has been under contract with SAK Klagenfurt since summer 2015 .
