Michael Kraft

Michael Kraft (born August 4, 1962 ) is a German pop singer , composer and musician .

Life

Born in 1962, Kraft grew up in Glauberg Wetterau / Hessen. He discovered his love for music early on, played the accordion and guitar since he was eight and founded his first band at the age of fourteen. A little later he began to compose his own titles. Even at the time of his training in tax and business consulting, music was the epitome of his life.

At the end of the 80s, Michael Kraft and his brother successfully performed on stage in front of a large audience under the band name Kraft & Kraft with "powerful" original compositions. At the same time as the concerts , the first studio activities began. In 1990 the band Kraft & Kraft, with the title Verlorenes Paradies, made it into the top 20 of the German finals for the Eurovision Song Contest , further single releases and many live performances followed. From covers of rock and pop -classics, Michael Power now shifted more to the interpretation of his own works. Due to professional obligations, the musical paths of the two brothers parted at the end of the 1990s.

2004 Michael published force as a solo musician his debut - album POWER . His titles Ich say Danke and Kleiner Diament appeared on the programs of German radio stations. Through appearances in programs such as the TV show ZDF-Fernsehgarten , Kraft increased his awareness.

In 2009 Michael Kraft released his second solo album with Vollkraft . The CD was produced by the successful German producers Hartmut Pfannmüller and Ulrich Pfannmüller , who had already played a key role in the success of artists such as The Kelly Family and Wolfgang Ambros .

At the beginning of 2010, Kraft met Kathy Kelly , singer of the Kelly Family, at a concert in Glauburg, Hesse . This performed with him his title Angel Man . The success of the performance led to a deepening of the collaboration between Kraft and Kelly. In September 2010 they released a joint version of the song under the title Engelsmensch (angel love) . In autumn and winter 2010 there were also joint appearances throughout Germany as part of the Engelsmensch Tour.
