Michael Raske (born May 26, 1936 in Hanover ) is a German Roman Catholic theologian .

Life

Michael Raske studied Roman Catholic theology and education at the University of Innsbruck and the University of Freiburg from 1955 to 1961 . In 1961 Raske was ordained a priest in Freiburg and then worked as a pastor and continued his doctoral studies, in 1965 he received his doctorate at the University of Innsbruck. 1966 to 1969 he worked as a pastor and religion teacher in Heidelberg . From 1969 to 1973 he was a research assistant at the Catholic Ecumenical Institute of the University of Münster . From 1973 to 2001 Raske taught as a professor for religious education at the University of Frankfurt . In addition, he was active as a pastor at the Friedrich-Dessauer-Haus parish in Frankfurt since 1973.
