Michael Reichardt

Michael Reichardt (* 1963 in Bamberg ) is a German Roman Catholic New Testament scholar .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1982 and community service from 1982 to 1984, he studied theology and psychology in Bamberg, Rome and Jerusalem from 1984 . He obtained the degrees Dipl.-Theol. (Univ.) 1992 and Dipl.-Psych. (Univ.) 1995. From 1992 to 2000 he was a research assistant / assistant at the Chair for New Testament Sciences ( Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg ) or at the Chair for Biblical Introductory Studies and at the Chair for New Testament ( University of Passau ). After graduation in 1998 to Dr. theol. At the Catholic Theological Faculty in Passau , he had been a research assistant for Biblical Theology at the Institute for Catholic Theology of the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Cologne since 2000 . After completing his habilitation in 2006 for the subject Introduction and Exegesis of the New Testament at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Bonn , he has been Professor of Biblical Introductory Studies and Contemporary History at the New Testament Seminary of the Catholic Theological Faculty in Bonn since 2011 .
