Michael Urban (politician)

Michael Urban (born April 19, 1943 in Berlin ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Michael Urban attended a business school and completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Siemens . He joined the CDU and was elected to the District Assembly (BVV) in the Tiergarten district in the Berlin election in 1971 . Since Fritz Troppa had died, Urban moved up to the Berlin House of Representatives in November 1972 . After the 1975 election , he was elected district councilor by BVV Tiergarten. After twenty years he left office in 1995 and later became head of the BVV Tiergarten.
