Michael Wachinger

Michael Wachinger (born October 23, 1868 in Munich ; † unknown) was a German judge .

Life

He was the son of a Catholic district school inspector. After graduating from the Wilhelmsgymnasium in Munich in 1887 , he studied law in Munich. During his studies he became a member of the AGV Munich in the special houses association . In 1891 he became a legal trainee at the District Court of Munich II. From 1895 he was an unskilled worker in the Reich Ministry of Justice . In 1898 he became a district judge at the Munich II district court. Two years later he became the second district attorney in the State Ministry of Justice. In 1901 he became a councilor at the Regional Court of Munich II . In 1904 he was appointed public prosecutor at the Munich Higher Regional Court . There he was appointed higher regional judge in 1912. He was a member of the Reichsgericht from 1921 until his retirement on May 1, 1936.
