Michel Amathieu

Michel Amathieu (born November 28, 1955 in Crèvecœur-en-Auge , France ) is a French cameraman .

Life

Michel Amathieu successfully completed his mathematics studies and worked as a teacher for a few years before turning his hobby as a cameraman into a profession. He shot and directed several music clips and commercials. He made his feature film debut as a cameraman in 1984 with the Franco-Argentine comedy Argie, directed by Jorge Blanco . For his work on blood, sweat and tears , he was honored with a 2010 Emmy nomination for best cameraman.
