Michel D'Hooghe (2013)

Michel D'Hooghe (born December 8, 1945 in Bruges ) is a Belgian doctor and international football official.

From 1987 to 2001 he was President of the Belgian Football Association . He has been a member of the FIFA Executive Committee since 1988 . At the same time he became chairman of the medical committees at FIFA and UEFA. From March 2003 to March 2009 he was President of Club Bruges .
