Michel Diemer-Heilmann (born November 22, 1842 in Ittenheim , † April 18, 1934 in Oberhausbergen ) was a notary, industrialist and member of the state parliament.

Michel Diemer-Heilmann, who was a Protestant denomination, became a notary's assistant in Baar in 1857 and in Mulhouse in 1862 . After training as a notary in Paris , he was a notary in Gebweiler from 1860 and in Mulhouse from 1872 to 1882. In 1882 he resigned as a notary and began working as an industrialist.

He was captain of the 8th company of the 3rd battalion of the Guard Mobile Corps du Haut Rhin in the war of 1870/71.

He was politically active as a councilor in Mulhouse. He was a member of the regional committee of the Reichsland Alsace-Lorraine . In 1911 he was elected to represent the city of Mulhouse as a member of the first chamber of the state parliament, of which he was a member from 1911 to 1918.
