Michelle Finn-Burrell

Michelle Finn-Burrell (born Michelle Bonae Finn ; born May 8, 1965 in Orlando ) is a former American sprinter .

At the IAAF World Indoor Championships she was fifth in the 60-meter run in Indianapolis in 1987 and in Seville in 1991 . At the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992 she was seventh over 200 m and won gold in the 4 x 100 meter relay , in which she was used in the preliminary run in the US team. The following year she reached the semi-finals at the World Championships in Stuttgart over 100 and 200 meters and won silver in the 4 x 100 meter relay. From 1990 to 1992 she was national champion in the 60 meter hall three times in a row. Outdoors, she became the US 100 meter champion in 1990.

Michelle Finn-Burrell is 1.65 m tall and weighed 52 kg at competition times. In the fall of 1994 she married Leroy Burrell , the world record holder at the time over 100 meters. The couple lives in Houston with their three sons .
