Michelle Pao (born September 1, 1992 ) is an American soccer player who competes internationally for her home country Taiwan .
Career
society
During her studies at Pepperdine University , Pao played for the Pepperdine Waves university team there from 2010 to 2013 . In the summer of 2012, she played in parallel with the W-League franchise of the Pali Blues , with which she reached the championship final, which was lost 4: 5 n. E. against Ottawa Fury . In January 2014, Pao was committed in the third round of the College Draft of the National Women's Soccer League in 24th position by the Sky Blue FC franchise , but did not appear in any competitive game during the season. For the 2015 season, she therefore moved to the Swedish first division club Vittsjö GIK . On February 1, 2016, she moved to Japan, in the Nadeshiko Challenge League to Nojima Stella Kanagawa Sagamihara .
National team
With the Taiwanese national soccer team (as Chinese Taipei ) Pao took part in the qualification for the 2016 Summer Olympics in 2015 .
