The top scorer was the Cameroonian Gaëlle Enganamouit from runner-up Eskilstuna United with 18 goals this season. The relegation places occupied Hammarby IF and AIK Solna . Kvarnsvedens IF and Djurgården Damfotboll rose from the second-class Elitettan .
