The Damallsvenskan 1998 was the 11th season of the Damallsvenskan , the top division in Swedish women's football . The games took place between April 16 and October 4, 1999. A play-off round followed , which ended with the final on November 1, 1999.

Älvsjö AIK secured the fourth championship in a row. Victoria Svensson won the title of “Skyttedrottningar” (top scorer) from the champions with 32 goals scored.
